Teamgo VMS Kiosk – Version 6.0.5

This release introduces improvements to the Teamgo VMS Kiosk app, including enhanced worker ID card printing, induction forms, visitor notifications, QR code functionality and system performance.

We've also resolved several issues to improve kiosk reliability, offline functionality and the overall visitor sign-in experience.

Kiosk App & Performance

Storage Management: Improved automatic cleanup of temporary files to prevent unnecessary storage growth and maintain kiosk performance.
Playback: Improved video file storage to ensure selected videos continue to load correctly after the kiosk reloads.
Scanner Stability: Resolved an issue that could cause the QR code scanner to crash during screen layout changes.
Error Handling: Improved error messages to provide clearer information when a visitor check-in fails.

Visitor Sign-In & Forms

Form Validation: Fixed issues affecting required date fields and file uploads during visitor registration.
Form Navigation: Improved automatic scrolling to highlight fields requiring attention when completing a sign-in form.
QR Code Sign-In: Improved QR code display and handling to ensure the correct contactless sign-in information is presented.
Host Notifications: Improved notification preferences to ensure hosts are only notified when the relevant notification setting is enabled.

Inductions & Compliance

Offline Inductions: Fixed an issue where induction content could be lost when visitors completed check-ins without an internet connection.
Induction Documents: Improved document rendering to ensure all images are displayed correctly, including documents containing multiple images.
Digital Signatures: Fixed an issue where the signer's name was not recorded correctly during induction completion.
Signature Dates: Improved date formatting for induction signatures on devices configured for the United States.

Visitor Badges & Worker ID Cards

Worker ID Cards: Added support for printing worker ID cards directly from the kiosk during check-in.
ID Card Information: Added date and time details to printed worker ID cards.
Checkout Printing: Introduced a Print ID Card option alongside Print Badge when available.
Dashboard Printing: Resolved an issue preventing badge printing from the Dashboard in certain circumstances.

Deliveries & Host Management

Delivery Management: Fixed an issue where delivery search results appeared blank when the host list was hidden.
Host Notifications: Improved communication between the kiosk and Dashboard to ensure visitor notification preferences are respected.

General Improvements

Various bug fixes and performance enhancements across the VMS Kiosk app.
Improved reliability of visitor check-in and form validation.
Enhanced induction document handling and offline functionality.
Improved badge and ID card printing.
Additional stability improvements to QR code scanning and kiosk storage management.
