This is a cumulative release bringing Teamgo to current version across all regions.

This release introduces new features and improvements across the Teamgo Dashboard, visitor management, worker compliance, emergency management, kiosk design and integrations.

We've also resolved several issues to improve system performance, reliability and the overall user experience.

Dashboard & User Management

Visitor Registration: Added the ability to convert visitors into registered users during kiosk sign-in.
Visitor Profiles: Improved profile management to allow visitors who previously shared an email address to maintain separate records.
Worker Management: Increased worker list display options to support up to 1,000 records per page, making bulk location assignments easier.
Worker Information: Improved worker phone number validation during imports, including support for international country codes.
Worker Attributes: Added custom worker attributes to Dashboard and Analytics screens, including CSV exports.
Reporting: Fixed issues affecting automated report delivery and improved timezone accuracy in worker exports.
Timesheets: Updated access permissions to provide more appropriate reporting access without requiring user management privileges.
System Stability: Resolved various errors affecting dashboard pages, host information and asset management.

Kiosk Designer & Sign-In

User Registration: Added an option to register visitors as users directly from the kiosk confirmation screen. Requires VMS kiosk app version 6.0.6 or later.
Worker ID Cards: Introduced an option to print worker ID cards during checkout.
Express Check-In: Improved worker identification and company information when signing in using QR codes, phone numbers or email addresses.
Automatic Sign-Out: Resolved issues preventing automatic sign-out from working correctly.
Kiosk Customisation: Improved button styling, text labels and navigation elements within the Kiosk Designer.
Contactless Sign-In: Restored missing form field options, including visitor names, email addresses, mobile numbers and company details.

Bookings & Pre-Registration

Improved pre-registration permissions, allowing authorised users to register visitors without requiring access to the full user directory.
Fixed issues affecting host notifications when pre-registered visitors sign in.
Resolved errors when editing existing pre-registration events.
Improved visitor profile handling to prevent unnecessary duplicate records.
Desk Booking: Fixed access permissions, duplicate desk listings in QR code documents and location selection issues.

Emergency Management

Emergency Templates: Added support for multiple emergency templates per location, including default and selectable templates.
Emergency Reports: Improved emergency printouts to display a numbered list of people currently onsite.
Emergency Notifications: Resolved issues affecting emergency email delivery.
Emergency Dashboard: Improved emergency statistics and confirmation messaging for both real emergencies and drills.
Pass App: Fixed an issue preventing emergency management from opening correctly in certain circumstances.

Inductions & Compliance

Working with Children Checks: Improved verification results and check history recording within user profiles.
Compliance Forms: Restored State/Territory selection for Working with Children Check identification fields.
Induction Editor: Fixed formatting issues affecting bullet points, font sizes and undo/redo functionality.
Induction Management: Improved cloned induction forms to ensure workers are correctly assigned to their locations and reminder notifications remain available.
Compliance Notifications: Corrected email template formatting and recipient information.

Visitor Board

Display Options: Added new appearance settings to display user types and user groups on the visitor board.
Improved flexibility when presenting visitor and worker information on shared displays.

Integrations & Notifications

Microsoft Teams: Resolved issues preventing visitor notifications from reaching hosts.
Active Directory: Fixed an issue affecting integration authentication tokens.
Host Notifications: Improved notification reliability across visitor sign-ins and pre-registered visits.
Automated Reports: Resolved issues preventing scheduled reports from being delivered.

Teamgo Pass App

Fixed an error occurring after using the Working Remotely feature.
Improved emergency management reliability within the Pass app.
Resolved errors affecting access to certain visitor and host information.

General Improvements

Various bug fixes and performance enhancements across the Dashboard.
Improved data accuracy in visitor, worker and emergency management records.
Enhanced notification delivery and reporting reliability.
Improved kiosk configuration, sign-in workflows and user experience.
